FOOD

Yesterday I came across these Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Cookies.  And I was like,”COOKIE ROUND-UP!” But, then I was like, “Shoot, I’ve already done that!” But I haven’t ever focused on that ever popular PB&J combination. So, here are a few PB&J recipes I’ve simply got to try!

I’m dying to break these Peanut Butter and Jelly Crumb Muffins into large dense (coffee cake-like) bites!

What’s wrong with me? Why have I never stirred peanut butter into my morning oats like Alex did in these PB and J Overnight Oats?

These Peanut Butter and Jelly Donuts. DROOLING!

There’s absolutely no harm in addding a little chocolate to your PB&J. These Peanut Butter and Jelly Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Chocolate Ganache are a perfect example of what I’m talking about!

This Peanut Butter and Jelly Skillet Monkey Bread. Mm..Mm..Mm….

I’ll take a TALL stack of these Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancakes!

Why not this Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast for Breakfast?

These Peanut and Jelly Coconut Cashew  Sandwich Cookies. So super cute!

These Peanut Butter + Jelly Bars. WANT!!!

FITNESS

I hear this a lot when I tell people what fitness facility I use, “I would never join that GYM! They’re way too expensive!” Well, yes, my GYM does cost a bit more than some of the others. But, here’s the deal, my GYM fits my family’s needs and wants. We swim (it has a pool), I teach and like to take group fitness classes (my GYM has the largest number of and variety of classes in the area). My older son likes to shoot hoops (my GYM has BB courts and a lot of “open” time on them).  My younger son is 5 (he loves to swim and my GYM also has a daycare).

If I join a Club for $20 a month but it doesn’t have a child care and I have to figure out child care every time I want to go. I probably won’t go because it will be a huge hassle and I’ll have the perfect excuse!

My point is if your fitness facility doesn’t fit your needs and wants then you’re less likely to use it.  Here is a short article about how to find the perfect workout space for you (I had never considered #3.  But, it is so true!).

FUN

“What if Marcel Proust had kept an Instagram account?” The author asks this question in his excellent article: Remembrance of Things Lost.

This article; Ellen Pao and the Sexism You Can’t Quite Prove really strikes a chord.  I’d like to have a discussion about this with Ben.

The 12 Types of Photographs you’ll find on Instagram.  Ugh, we’re so predictable!
