Single Serve Dark Chocolate and Peppermint Semifreddo

Single Serve Dark Chocolate and Peppermint SemifreddoThis website is kicking my butt!  Ever since I switched themes I’ve had a heck of a time getting my photos in order.  So that’s what’s going on.  I installed a broken link finder and it  informed me I have over 3000 broken links!  It’s pretty discouraging, but I’m determined to figure it all out. Meanwhile, I’ll do the best I can!Single Serve Dark Chocolate and Peppermint Semifreddo-2

My Greek Yogurt love affair is never going to end! And I’m ok with that.  I normally eat it plain, but lately I’ve been adding other, more indulgent, ingredients. I came up with this Single Serve Dark Chocolate and Peppermint Semifreddo the other night after making my food blogger cookie swap cookies.

When my therapist suggested transforming Greek yogurt into my nighttime sweet treat instead of sugar free pudding my head started swimming with ideas.

I love the thought of my dessert being good for me!

Tara, you could add a Tbsp. of candied pecans or any plain toasted nuts instead of the peppermint:-)
