Sauteed Salmon & Cabbage Noodle Bowl

  • 1 bag/package coleslaw mix
  • 1 bag/package Shirataki spaghetti
  • 2 bags/packages (skinless & boneless) salmon
  • 12 g PBfit
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. christallized lime
  • 1/2 tsp. granulated Stevia


  1. Stir frequently so cabbage does not stick or burn. 

  2.  Drain and rinse noodles. 

  3.  Stir together the PBfit, lime, stevia, and soy sauce. 

  4.  When cabbage is sufficiently wilted, add the drained noodles and salmon, and stir to combine. 

  5.  Drizzle the soy sauce mixture over the cabbage, noodles, and salmon. 

  6.  Turn off heat. 

  7.  Stir to combine all ingredients in the pan and heat through over residual heat. 

  8.  Spoon into a serving bowl (or bowls). EAT!!!
