Yesterday I ate a whole wheat English muffin with a full serving of almond butter sandwiched in between each half.

I guess I hadn’t had “bread” in awhile because it tasted like pure joy!

I haven’t cut bread out of my diet and I eat plenty of carbohydrates. I just don’t buy bread that often because it doesn’t last very long and I (try) to get my carbs from whole grains and starchy veggies, like potatoes.

While I was eating my little almond butter and English muffin sandwich my mind drifted off to fond memories I have of eating Creamy Jif peanut butter and Nutella spread thick on pillow soft slices of highly processed pale Wonder!

I wish I could crush that pleasure and satisfaction up into a fine powder. I would fill empty gelatin capsules with it and prescribe them to myself.

Take one capsule after each meal as needed!
