FOOD

I eat blue cheese almost every night! It is in my top 10 favorite cheeses. Maybe even my top 5! Green salad, steak, and burger are probably my favorite foods crumble it on. It’s a no fail flavor bomb!

This Grilled Ribeye Steak with Onion-Blue Cheese Sauce. These photos make my mouth water.

These Whipped Blue Cheese Bites with Balsamic Reduction. Bread and cheese!

This Bacon Blue Cheese Bread. I could eat this entire loaf by myself!

This Squash Risotto with Rosemary & Blue Cheese. Decadent.

This Heirloom Tomato and Blue Cheese Salad. Beautiful.

These blue cheese burgers on light brioche rolls with crispy pancetta and onion chutney. Blue belongs on a burger!

This Blue Cheese Mac and Cheese. This has been popping into my head from time to time over the last year and a half.

This Aruba + a blue cheese iceberg wedge. This recipe is filled with everything good!

This bacon blue potato salad with soft boiled eggs. Unique.

These Buffalo Chicken Nachos with Blue Cheese Sauce. Mmmmm………..

FITNESS

I’m not a competitor but I completely relate with this described mindset.  What I want, though, is an explanation on how to overcome it. Could someone please write that book?

I don’t have an issue with people getting breast implants.  I have small breasts and sometimes feel a weird pressure or expectation (only within me) when I look at a lot of fitness competitors/professionals who obviously have them.  They look great and I think, “Hmmm, I guess I could, maybe?” But, then I see photos of people like Zoe Daly, Dana Linn Bailey, and Erin Simmons and I’m like, “Nope, I’m good, it’s NOT a requirement!”

FUN

This beautifully written powerful article: Tears for My Mom.

35 Pictures That Will Bring You Right Back To Elementary School. I’m too old for 1 but 3, 6, and 11 hilarious!!!

Have a GREAT WEEKEND!
