Weight Update (for February 1st. 2013)

 Here is my weight from February 1st. Three pounds down since the first of January so that’s good.  But February has been a bit of a tough month.  I got a nasty chest cough and fever in the beginning of the month and yesterday I had a little procedure done that will probably keep me off the treadmill for a week.  So I am not hugely optimistic about March 1st. But we will start marathon training soon after that and that should kick me into more of a high gear.
 I am having a hard time keeping up with my sinful/fit recipe posts.  I am going to try again in March, but if I can’t keep up with the specific days, I may just go back to posting when I can no matter what type of recipe I post.  I will still try to incorporate more healthy recipes though.
The next three pics are of my two year old eating my Crunchy Cookie Butter Scones.  He was trying so hard to just eat the chocolate drizzle off the top of them.  I meant to post these on that post, but forgot.
