Oven Baked Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

  • 176 g 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 30 g vanilla bean protein powder
  • 30 g pumpkin seeds toasted
  • 40 g dried cranberries
  • 28 g cocoa nibs
  • 21 g honey
  • 24 fl. oz. water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in an oven safe bowl or pan. Stir well.
  3. Place bowl on a cookie sheet (in case it boils over) in the middle of the heated oven.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 75 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, cool for a few minutes, scoop into bowls and EAT!!!
