Ingredients

  • 8 oz Unsweetened
    (25 calorie) Cashew Milk
  • 300-350 g Frozen
    Winter (e.g. Hubbard, Butternut, Pumpkin) Squash
    (Roasted, Cubed, then Frozen)
  • 25-35 g scoop
    (25-35 g) Vanilla Protein Powder
    (I used Rule 1 Whey Blend Vanilla Creme)
  • 1 pkt Truvia sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin
    Pie Spice
  • 15 g Pumpkin
    Spice Whipped Topping
    (optional)
  • 6 g Sugar
    Free Pumpkin Spice Syrup
    (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the first 5 ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend
    until smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass.

  4. If desired, top with optional items. Drink it!!!

Recipe Notes

Rule 1 Whey Blend Vanilla Creme

I used Hubbard Squash in this recipe. I different winter squash will change your calorie profile slightly.
