Pumpkin Semifreddo

Ingredients

  • 7 oz. plain Greek yogurt I used FAGE 2%
  • ½ c. 123 g pumpkin puree (I used Farmers Market canned organic)
  • ¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tbsp. 21 g agave
  • 5 g honey to drizzle on top-optional

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients, except the honey.
  2. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Spoon mixture into two freezer safe serving dishes.
  4. Place in your freezer for ~ 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from freezer, drizzle with honey, if desired and EAT!!!
  6. Makes 2 servings.
