Friday Fun

 FOOD

I’m really into Fall flavors right now! I want everything pumpkin, butternut, and acorn squash right now.  And I want all of it seasoned with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and allspice!

With that said, for breakfast I’m craving these Pumpkin Latte Slow Cooker Oats with a side stack of these Whole Wheat Pumpkin Spice Waffles.

Since this bread has zucchini baked in it’s kind of like a salad! So for lunch I’d like to butter a couple slices of this Healthy Pumpkin Zucchini Chocolate Chip Bread.

After that light lunch I’ll need about 10 handfuls of this Spiced Pumpkin Double Roasted Granola for my afternoon snack!

For a dinner starter I could go for a cup of this Roasted Butternut Squash & Bacon Soup.

I want a whole one of these Sweet ‘n’ Spicy Roasted Butternut Squash Pizza w/ Cider Caramelized Onions and Bacon all to myself.  So we’ll have to order more than one!

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more perfect buttercream!  I want to ruin these perfectly frosted Brown Butter Butternut Squash Cupcakes with Salted Caramel Buttercream by shoving then into my mouth for dessert!

Then, right before bed I’ll need two scoops of this Pumpkin Ice Cream with a Gingersnap Honey Swirl!

FITNESS

The Group Power October 14 release came out on Wednesday.  I taught it Wednesday night, this morning at 6am, and I’m teaching it again today at noon.  The music is growing on me and it feels like it has the potential to really build muscle!  All the releases are supposed to do that. But this one in particular is an all increased weight factor release with lots of breaks and less (but more intense reps). We’ll see!  I’m excited for it!

FUN

This is a really fun little article about loving your small boobs.  It made me smile!

And while we’re on that subject one more article about loving your body.

Happy Friday!!!
