I’m obsessed with Halo Top! I’ve been eating it every day! As long as I stay within my calories and macro nutrient percentages I don’t see why not.

I feel guilty, like I shouldn’t be able to eat it all of the time because Halo Top tastes so sweet and creamy. It pretty much seems to good to be true! 

Although, for about two months now, I’ve been eating pretty clean. 

I wonder if Halo Top isn’t as good as I think it is. Maybe I can’t tell anymore because I haven’t had Ben and Jerry’s in over 2 months!

One of these days I will post some progress pics. I haven’t worked up the nerve quite yet.

This process is soooo….. slow…….!!

I feel stronger every week, but when I see my pics I don’t feel like they reflect the way I feel. I have to remind myself to trust.

I’ve consistently lost ~1 lb. per week. Weighing is the only way I can track progress on a weekly basis. Since I can’t get my body fat tested weekly. I have to trust that the pound lost each week is from fat loss based on my activity and my diet.

Thanksgiving is coming up this next week. I see lean turkey breast, steamed green beans, and pumpkin pie flavored Greek yogurt in my near future!

Too bad Halo Top hasn’t come out with a pumpkin pie ice cream flavor!
