Mmmmmm………BREAD!!! Well, sort of.

I made protein bread again. The first time I used this recipe

It was good. But, not super “bready.” 

Today I followed this recipe. It was way more “bready!!!”

Don’t worry I took a lot of photos. I’ll tell you all about it soon.

Tomorrow is Sunday. I used to hate Sundays! But, now that we’ve started going to “church” (Sunday morning services at Apple Athletic Club), I’ve come to love Sunday mornings, afternoons, and evenings. 

I know it sounds silly. But, it’s really more the routine that keeps me mentally even. Routine is my mental sanctuary!

P.S. There’s peanut butter on that bread. Not 1/2 cup of peanut butter! 32 g to be exact! “It’s never enough!”
