I like to frost my morning oatmeal with vanilla Greek yogurt.

I took that photo this morning. It seems like a week ago!

Now I’ve literally got 23 minutes to finish this post. It’s already 11:37 pm. 

I adore Friday nights! I burn a lot of calories boxing! So I always get a little extra food. That makes me happy. I get to feel semi-full! As opposed to feeling merely satisfied.

It’s not that bad. Not overeating actually feels really great physically. I can’t remember the last time I had heart burn, or wanted to put on sweatpants just to feel physically comfortable because I ate too much food.

I know it wasn’t all that long ago. But, we humans seem to have short memories when it comes to physical feelings.

Which is probably part of the reason my weight has fluctuated so much over the years. I hope I don’t go back. I hope this journey helps me past the point of no return. I hope it changes me.
