A snapshot of tonight’s lifting playlist.

I’m actually really tired of these songs. I need to make a new playlist!

I’m not at the point where I can simply stroll into the gym cold (without a plan) and get a stellar workout.

Actually, that’s not true. I know how to work and build my muscles. If I have all the time in the world I can get a fantastic workout. It’s just hard for me when I only have 60 minutes or less. I’m not quick and efficient on my own yet.

I’m really excited! After work tomorrow I’ll be off for about a week. I love being at home with my family! 

Off to bed (one of my favorite places in the world)!!!
