{crackling snack}

I love these kinds of food finds!

I found these at Whole Foods a couple of weeks ago. 

I had to try them! And, they are as good as they sound!

The macros aren’t completely horrible:6P, 1C, 6F per 80 calorie 1/2 oz. serving.

Warning: It’s difficult to eat only 1/2 oz.! I would not buy a jumbo bag of these!

They have a satisfying quality to them like almonds.

It’s Thursyay!!! Unless I work OT my weekends begin on Thursday evenings when I get home from work.

So my first weekend item is a killer workout with Scarlet on Thursday night. It’s the perfect kickoff to every weekend!

Tonight was legs. We focused primarily on glutes. 

There are three main muscles that comprise your butt. And Scarlet has made me very aware of all three!!!

Weighed in tonight at 133 lbs. same as last week. That’s really all there is to say about that.
