Long Beautiful Run & Weight Update

The next two photos are updates from photos taken for “this” post.
Now that spring is in full bloom I wanted to share a little update to my “Road Work” views.  If you click on “Road Work” you will see these same pictures only from a couple of months ago.  Things are really getting beautiful in this part of the world.  We even got our garden planted last weekend!  Better late then never, right.  I tried to take the new pics in nearly the same spots as before, I think you’ll get the idea.  I also took a few more on a new leg of our run.

Day before yesterday, 05/28/2012, I weighed in at 132 lbs!  Ben and I, in training for our July 21st half marathon, ran 10.5 miles without stopping.  I can’t believe “I” did that!  I never doubt Ben, he is a rockstar superstar!  But I am plenty proud of the both of us.

By the way.  My goal for this half marathon is just to finish it without stopping.  I am not worried about my time.  I just want to complete it without walking.

P.S.  Day before yesterday was a cheat day.  So my goals for yesterday and today were and were to run (short), and get rid of the rest of the fabulous cheese cake I made day before yesterday.  It was “way too good” to throw away but I need it to be gone from my frige!

    I cheated on my diet and had a taste of that cheesecake yesterday. It rocked my world! I was glad that Chad ate it all because it was a terrible temptation
