A Quick Weight Update

I am falling behind on these updates.  This has just a really busy summer so far, and I don’t see it letting up any until August.  But it is the “good” kind of busy.  Life is good!

Following are two weeks worth of my stats.  I decided on a new reader friendly format.  Now a quick glance and you can take it all in at once.

To catch you up here are my last three weigh in weights and dates (including today):

Monday June 25th: 131 lbs.
Monday July 2nd: 128 lbs.
Monday July 9th: 127 lbs.

One more week until my last Monday weigh in, but then I will weigh in once more on July 20th. to see if I met my 125 lb. goal.  Honestly 2 lbs. does not sound like a lot, but I have gone 3-4 weeks before with not even 1 lb. lost.  So we will see.  I am already comfortable with and proud of myself so I will be fine either way.  And don’t think that I am giving up. I vow to work my ass off for the next 12 days!  After that, don’t worry, it doesn’t end.  It will never end!  Unfortunately once you reach your goal weight your body does not just automatically stay there.  This is a lifetime fight and journey.  But I am up for the challenge!

**Note:  As you can see I took a week off from running.  I had a hamstring thing going on, but I am back now.  Fortunately I still lost weight.  I guess you just never know how it will go.  I just have to tell myself that it will come off eventually!

    I think this is the first time I’ve looked at your blog. I really needed some weight loss inspiration so thank you! I am at 168 and want to get to 135. We moved out to West VA where it’s hot muggy and nothing to do. I am tempted to just sit in my house and eat oreos all day but I am starting to feel disgusting and need to get in shape (for my physical and MENTAL health). Thanks for the updates!

    Thank you for stopping by. When I saw your comment I felt a rush of guilt wash over me for never getting those Thanksgiving pics of the kids sent to you like two years ago! It is good to hear from you! I will find those pics and you will send me your email and I will get them sent. So do you live close to family in West VA. I hope so! How is your new one?
