If you look at my food journal entries you’ll notice that I eat A LOT of protein bars!

I eat about 2 a day and sometimes 3.

So far it’s been fine. I’ve consistently got the results I want from my diet. But in about 4 weeks my diet is going to become a little more extreme.

I’m really good at eating whole unprocessed foods at the beginning and end of each day. But, between the hours of 9am and 5pm it gets muddy. 

It’s so easy for me to grab a couple of bars, some nuts, and some protein powder in the morning to fill that 8 hour gap. But, that’s not going to cut it in my last 12 weeks. 

So for the next 4 weeks I’m going to come up with a rough outline of my diet plan for 12 weeks out and beyond.

My diet will have to be much cleaner. I’m not worried about it. But, I know I’ll have to plan it out or I’ll just get hungry and resort to the bars. Which is not the end of the world. But, I think I’ll get better results if I get a little cleaner with my food.
