Do you have a favorite body part to work?

Do you have a part you hate to work?

I love to workout my abs, my shoulders, and my back. It’s because I’ve seen the most development in these areas.

I like working my glutes, and my hamstrings the least. I know I’ve made progress in these areas but I can’t really see it because of all the fat that’s still covering them.

So now I make it a point to do at least 4 sets on one of the parts I dislike every time I go to the gym to lift. I don’t know if it will really make that much of a difference. But I know the more I do something the better I become at it. And I tend to like the things I’m good at more than the things I’m not. 

It’s very simple theoretically! Mentally maybe not so much.
