Our days go by so fast!

Sometimes I feel like the only things I ever get around to are my workouts and feeding myself.

I’m glad Christmas is over. No more plates full of frosted sugar cookies. No more fudge. No more divinity. No more peanut brittle. No more pie. 

This year I took advantage of all the seasonal items I could consume. Or, I should say, allowed myself to consume. 

My k-cups consisted of flavors like pumpkin spice, spicy eggnog, and cinnamon sugar cookie. My protein bar flavors included dark chocolate peppermint, iced gingerbread, pecan pie, and homemade pumpkin pie. 

I think it’s incredibly thoughtful of these companies to create products like these for me!
